Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle domestic and international orders.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We offer standard and expedited shipping, both domestically and internationally. Typical delivery times are listed below.

- Standard Domestic Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.

- Standard International Shipping: 10 to 15 business days.

 Delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are out of our control. Please allow additional days for clearance through Customs on international orders.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping for all domestic orders.  

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedite.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup.​

Lost or Damaged Order

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, unforeseen circumstances may occur.  

If you believe your package is experiencing unusual shipping delays, is lost in transit, or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact our support team at munikartexpress@munikartexpress.com as soon as you suspect something has gone wrong. We are happy to follow up with carriers to get a more detailed status on your shipment.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can investigate the issue and make it right.

If one of your items arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging to munikartexpress@munikartexpress.com.  We will send you a replacement or your refund. 

We aim to ensure that you are thrilled with your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in handling damaged items.
